How soon should I expect my order shipped?
We ship orders out every Tuesday & Friday.
Do you use all organic ingredients?
We strive to grow/forage organic herbs. Occasionally we have to supplement with high-quality, store-bought herbs that may or may not be organic. Some of the oils and other ingredients we use are not organic.
Are there any artificial ingredients?
Our products are all-natural, free of artificial dyes, scents, or flavors.
When will products be back in stock?
Please allow time for me to make more. Some products are out of stock due to herb availability/growing season.
If I’m local, can I do porch pick-up?
Yes! We will be setting up a pickup box in the near future for those who live locally and choose that option at check-out. Please allow 24 hrs. for orders to be filled. We will contact you with information regarding your pickup order.
Can you do a custom blend tincture?
Yes, but please allow time for us to craft a custom blend. Reach out and let us know what you would like. Please try to have a good understanding of what is causing your issues so we can have a better idea of which herbs will be most effective for you. For example, if you’re dealing with swelling, It is helpful to know things like: where, your symptoms, your diagnosis, any medication you take, the root cause. With more information, we can know if you need anti-inflammatory herbs, carminative herbs etc. No two herbs are alike, and without at least some detailed information, it is very hard to craft a blend that will help you with your specific needs.
Do you grow and forage all your herbs?
We forage and/or grow the majority of the herbs used in our products. However, sometimes, due to drought, or growing conditions, we must supplement my herbs with high-quality boughten herbs.
I have an allergy to nuts. Is there an ingredients list to look at for each product?
Yes! We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly read through ingredients as several of our products do contain common allergens.
I take prescription medications, and sometimes OTC medications. Are your products safe for me?
Please consult with your physician before using any herbal product. Interactions may occur with some medications. Products not intended for those who may be pregnant or breastfeeding.
