For example, if you’re dealing with swelling, It is helpful to know things like: where, your symptoms, your diagnosis, any medication you take, the root cause. With more information, I know if you need anti-inflammatory herbs, carminative herbs etc. No two herbs are alike, and without at least some detailed information, it is very hard to craft a blend that will help you with your specific needs.
