About Me
Natures Magic was established in 2025, but for myself, the dream started long before then.
Hi, I’m Casey Hess, owner/operator of Natures Magic. As a child I often found myself drawn to nature and plants. I was always concocting some sort of herbal medicine for my younger brother, much to his displeasure, (sorry brother)! As I got older, the draw to the land and its bounty only increased, but in this fast-paced world, the dream to own my own business seemed unattainable.
Fast-forward to 2020, a motorcycle accident resulting in a traumatic brain injury, seizures, and cervical spine issues forced me to slow down and look at where I was in life. Was the path I was on truly what I was born to do? The answer was a resounding, “no.”
With the support of my beloved husband and 2 children, I began tinkering with herbal medicine, foraging and growing as many of my herbs as possible. Through this journey, I have had many ups and downs, and I truly believe I will forever be learning.
Life doesn’t always end up the way we may have imagined, but everything happens for a reason. It’s up to us what we do with what we are given, follow our passion and our own path.
